Q : I am experiencing technical difficulties on the website. How can I obtain support?
A : Please contact us and describe the problem in details.
Q : I am not receiving messages from Ojunto. What is going on?
A : Our emails are sent from noreply@ojunto.com or info@ojunto.com, so please add these emails to your address book or "friends" list to ensure you receive our communications. This is especially true if you use Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL or a similar service that has aggressive spam filters which may improperly classify our messages as spam.
Q : I want to suggest improvements to Ojunto’s services. How should I proceed?
A : We welcome your suggestions. Please contact us to share your ideas with us.
Q : Is my information safe with Ojunto?
A : Absolutely. Here is why:
- We share your reports SOLELY with you. To be clear, your results are NOT public.
- We employ encrypted communication on our website. Our SSL certificate is issued by Comodo (www.comodo.com).
- An independent company continuously tests our security and privacy standards - see the seals on the bottom of each page.
- We outsource our billing to Pay Pal (www.paypal.com). We do not store your payment information.
Q : How often should I invite my customers to take the survey?
A : Ideally, you want to invite customers to respond to the survey shortly after you have an interaction with them. Since the experience is fresh in their minds, their responses tend to be more accurate and insightful. We recommend importing your customer's emails into your account daily or weekly, if possible.
Q : I interact with the same customers very frequently. Should I survey them every time?
A : In this case, we suggest you survey them every 2 to 4 months. The reason is you want to survey them often enough to get the most information, but not so often as to upset them.
Q : Are customer's responses anonymous?
A : Yes, users can only see the aggregate survey results.
Q : My business has multiple locations. May I use Ojunto?
A : Yes. We suggest you create one account per location, so you will have results for each location.
Q : What aspects of my performance are evaluated? What are the survey questions?
A : You can see the questions on the sample reports page and we invite you to take a sample survey. In case a specific question does not apply to your company, respondents can check the "N/A" option.
Q : How often do I receive a report? Can I access my results online?
A : You will receive your reports automatically by email every quarter – in early January, April, July and October. You can also access your current and past reports by logging into your account online. The emailed report is provided as a file attachment in PDF format (you will need to have Acrobat Reader to open the file – you can download it for free directly from Adobe’s website).
Q : Surveys can be criticized for occasionally offering inaccurate insights. Is that true?
A : Survey results offer important insights to enhance decision making. However, you must remember that results are derived from answers of a self selected customer sample; hence results might not correctly represent the opinion of your entire customer base. That said, you can probably make much better decisions when you are relying on survey information rather than on pure instinct.
Q : How do the sweepstakes work?
A : The sweepstakes offered under the Professional Plan is intended to enhance customer's response rates. When customers respond to the survey, they may choose to enter into the sweepstakes and his/her contact information will be used only to contact him/her in case he/she wins the sweepstakes.
